After years in the wedding industry negotiating and planning the biggest day of people’s lives, Rhonda now enjoys navigating the biggest purchase of their lives. Her strong negotiating skills combined with detailed customer service bring her clients back again and again. She is cheerful, fun to work with, and values quality, personalized communication.
She was elected the 2020 President of the South Tahoe Association of REALTORS® (STAOR) and now serves as Immediate Past President. She is active in the Legislative Committee and Global Real Estate Forum of the California Association of REALTORS® sits on the Board of Directors of STAOR and Accessory Dwelling Unit Presidential Advisory Group. She was voted the 2014 Rookie of the Year and was Chair of the Scholarship Committee 2013-2018. These positions give her extensive knowledge of local, regional, and state-wide issues including rental regulations, safety concerns, and legislation.
Rhonda has spent her life in the arts both on and off stage. She is a skilled singer, dancer, actor, and choreographer with a strong competitive gymnastics background from her youth. She supports Tahoe Arts Project, Lake Tahoe Community College, Western Nevada Community College, Valhalla Tahoe, Tahoe Arts Alliance, and studios from Tahoe to Reno.
Rhonda has lived in Colorado, San Diego, and Alaska, she loves the outdoors. She enjoys paddling, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, skiing, and being anywhere outside with her husband and dog. Rhonda is a Certified South Shore Specialist, Relocation Specialist & familiar with veterans’ needs. She focuses primarily on the South Shore but extends her service to the Carson Valley and Reno upon request. Rhonda spent several years at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, then returned to Colorado to complete her Bachelor of the Arts with Colorado State University in Communications, with an emphasis in Communication Theory.
