She was able to connect us with a stellar lender as well as guide us through a very different loan process and buying process with her team. She was very communicative and helped us buy our dream vacation home. We have worked with many realtors in the past with primary homes, vacant land and investment properties and I can say that working with Pam was a pleasure above all the rest. She has even kept in contact post sale to continue to help us settle into our new neighborhood with many contacts and must knows to the area. Not only was she super friendly, honest, communicative, and prompt, she also was above and beyond helpful, knowledgable, and welcoming to our new community. We were initially outbid on the property, and Pamela encouraged us to submit a back-up offer, something we had never done before. I'm am so thankful she offered this and explained the process, because the initial offer fell through and we were now the buyers. From the start, she recommended a WONDERFUL loan officer Ron Shaw, who broke out of the norm to procure us a very non-conventional loan. The whole process from start to finish made us feel like we had to people that really wanted our business. When we closed, Pamela met us there with a welcome bag and hugs. I would recommend Pamela and Ron Shaw to anyone looking in the Tahoe area!
